For many years I have loved to capture the nature around me on photos. While I only used my cellphone camera at first, in 2018 I also got to know how to handle a real SLR camera. Since then I’m almost obsessed with it and I can not stop taking pictures.
The Horns of Brenta Dolomites
When we arrived at Rifugio Tuckett in the morning, we got this incredible view. The hosts at the Rifugio were really nice and gave us advice on which way to take, according to the bad weather. The peaks from left to right: Castello di Vallesinella, Castelletto Superiore and Cima Sella. The pass at the right is called Bocca di Tuckett.
Lago di Tovel
During our crossing of the Alps, we spent an afternoon at Lago di Tovel. It’s a place with a very special energy so that we started the next day with new strength.
Malga Pozzol di Flavona
The beautifully situated Malga Pozzol di Flavona impressed me a lot. On the one hand the hut is very cosy and comfortable. On the other hand the valley that surrounds it is simply a feast for one's eyes!
Rifugio Nino Pernici
On the Garda Mountains we found many remains of trenches and barracks of the Austro-Hungarian army from the First World War. It's hard to imagine that soldiers were stationed here even in the middle of winter.
On a very cloudy day at the Brenta Dolomites, we made our way from Rifugio Tuckett to Rifugio Brentei and later on to Rifugio Tommaso Pedrotti. The SOSAT-Via-Ferrata was a great challenge and adventure.
Sunrise at Mount Penegal
In the morning during our crossing of the Alps on Mount Penegal in South Tyrol. There is no better way to welcome the new day!
